Do not reset the mouse after inserting a block

Currently if you choose a goal, for example, after inserting the goal block, the mouse will reset back to click&drag function.
Instead of this let user insert as many goals as they want to without resetting the mouse.

This allows us to create the goals structures way faster and easier.
