1.4.1 hotfix: resolve sync issue (ace3cd8)

If you are migrating to 1.4.1 from 1.4.0, you will need to completely clear your data directory of all non-.wallet files before running 1.4.1; otherwise issues will persist. The data directory is %userprofile%\appdata\roaming\intensecoin on Windows and ~/.intensecoin on Mac/Linux.
