Version 2.1 of the Lethean (formerly Intense Coin) daemon and wallet. Includes the VPN RPC binary and full rebranding to the new Lethean identity.

Mac binaries are temporarily on hold due to technical issues with our continuous integration environment. We expect resolution by September 8, 2018.
