Enhancements

• When link action is set to "show description" it is now still possible to do a mouse wheel click/right click to open the link (moved js from href to onclick)
• Added option to display the age of an entry after the title
• Added option to turn off word wrap and instead display ellipses or just cut off the title
• Added option to turn off border when displaying the item description
