Admin notification when new trash point is added

Web admin should get a notification when new trash point is added to know to check it over.

Comment from Mauritius: Please lets us configure in the system an email address for automatic notification of reports(trashpoints) ( we will redirect to the concerned municipal or district councils upon each notification).

@kadry55 admin user is logged in with one email and wants to set an other to receive notifications (shared mailbox)?

2. are there any other actions that the admin has to be notified via an email?

1. This should be an opt-in option. 2. We have to discuss more. But we have discussed that there should be some security notification for superadmin when a huge amount of trashpoints/users has been deleted in one country.
