STS and LTS

Starting with this release I'll be releasing 3 IPAs for each version; latest, STS (short-term support) and LTS (long-term support). Twitch has dropped support for many older iOS versions in the past so I've decided to start building IPAs with versions that still support those older iOS. STS (19.4) will support iOS < 15 and LTS (12.8.1) will support iOS < 14.

Some features (channel points, following users) do not work in 12.8.1 and probably never will since Twitch has dropped support for them. Watching streams still works for now
