If we use lodox as proposed in comment #29 (comment), then we get a common look and feel for free (updatable by providing new themes for use by lodox ... assuming lodox supports themes like codox does ...)

We would also need to style the index/summary links page (see ticket #32), but we could just use the CSS files from the desired lodox theme ...
