Modification calling missing for the inter-chromosomal translocated reads

Hi,

Thanks for your wonderful tools. Recently, I found that the base modification tag was missing for the inter-chromosomal translocated reads (for more details: nanoporetech/dorado#868), and I hypothesize that this could be associated with supplementary alignment.

Could you please help me figure it out? Thank you very much!
