1. TRAINING THE MODELS
- Requirements:
	 	python 3.6
		pip
		numpy
		pandas
		scikit-learn
		matplotlib
		graphviz
		GSL GNU
		Rule Matrix: $ pip install git+https://github.com/rulematrix/rule-matrix-py.git
 - Train the models and generate asl files for the arguing agents
 	  $ cd models
	  $ python3 ./main.py
	  
	  
2. JASON - AgentSpeak
-Requirements:
	JAVA JDK >=1.8
	JASON ->
	 		download jason from https://sourceforge.net/projects/jason/files/jason/
			unzip
			open jedit: $ java -jar jedit.jar
							- set JAVA_HOME -> JDK location
							- set Jason -> jason.jar location
 -Run agents environment:
 			- open agentsys.mas2j in jedit and run
 -In folder test:
 				-test1.txt <- test sample for diabetic retinopathy
				-test2.txt <- test sample for normal patient
				-test3.txt <- test sample for amd
			(in order to select a test -> change filename from src/asl/humanAgent.asl file)
