Didn't change anything to my code and I'm getting this error since a week with Hotmail only :
Any idea ?

CSV::MalformedCSVError in ImportedContactsController#import_provider

Missing or stray quote in line 1

OK it's solved, but now, getting a new "encoding problem", you could consider apply this fix (it solves this issue) : rallysf@3a3f1c2
