Handling Implicit Conversions in Type Dispatching

Type dispatching needs to handle implicit conversions gracefully. This will also help prevent the current template explosion across all combinations of types that currently makes the libdynd library so large. The solution to this problem will require generalizing the types of pattern matching callables can perform.
