Add full native DLL path to GlobalSettings #1553

Copy link

I know in windows I can use GlobalSettings.NativeLibraryPath to get the path for the native binaries, but is there a built in way to get the full including the full native dll path (including filename).

Please let me know, maybe I can submit a PR.
