Give refspecs their own type, instead of returning a couple of strings.
For the direction, I'm returning an integer, but I don't think that's quite right. I'm not sure how to grab the constants we defined in
pygit2.cto return that. The web suggests grabbing them from the module's dictionary... but it seems a bit odd.
