Private plugins

Some chips and readers cannot be open source because of license agreement from the manufacturer. In that case we don't want to penalize the community and still provide the possibility to use those technologies, giving headers and binaries files. But not source code unfortunately.

Today, liblogicalaccess-private only contains the following technologies:
