Top page of www.libming.org is confusing if Accept-Language is 'ja'

The page seems the default page of Wiki if the request header of Accept-Language is like below:

Accept-Language:ja,en-US;q=0.8,en;q=0.6

Probably effects any other user who does not has english as default in their browser.. Here how it looks from Germany:
