Install libofx.h as <includedir>/libofx/libofx.h as in version 10.0.5. Currently, it's installed as <includedir>/libofx.h which breaks the build of kmymoney and probably every other user of libofx. I guess this was changed unintentionally with using GNUInstallDirs in 8a154a0.
