Doc sprint issue: ipfs-inactive/docs#18
This adds Godoc-comments for a bunch of the stuff that still lives in this repo. It also updates the README with the new logo and explains how to use the go-libp2p stack with Gx (the only way to use it).
The install section in the README is removed because there is nothing to install and the examples have their own READMEs to run them.
