Fix FIN handling in yamux
This reduces fat jar from 19.6mb to 15.6mb
Todo: * muxer negotiation via client hello info * verify remote certs

Remove Secio from defaults!! Kubo still drops us during handshake
But default to Ed25519
Mark certificate extension as critical
Don't remove the SetupHandler before adding the TLS handler.

This is now rebased off upstream, but it was more painful than I hoped because of the build system changes. It's currently not building, but I've moved all the new source files to the right places. If someone could give me a hand fixing the build file then I can work on any remaining issues.
