Reverts #466.

We deployed the switch back to rust-crypto in Substrate and still get corrupted data, so let's revert that change.

IMO, rust-crypto as a cryptographic library is not mature enough for production use.

Indeed. This PR removes it.

Choosing a cryptographic library is really not trivial. OpenSSL is maybe the safest bet, but from an engineering perspective it's sometimes really annoying to make things compile.
