rolectl should be able to accept settings.json as stdin #2

Right now, we can only accept settings as a file passed at the command-line. It would be handy to be able to accept stdin as well. This will be useful for scripts or anaconda kickstarts to avoid creating an extra file on disk.

Testing Done:
Deployed the memcache role and domaincontroller role using stdin.
