This is mainly a reminder: we have to update lime-basic Makefile in the master branch to the minimal set of packages required to run our next stable release (19.something).
The full list of suggested packages can be found in the development page on the website.
Otherwise, we can delete it as we did with lime-full in #512.

In #178 we already decided that we need lime-basic. Is this still true?
We always had problems with metapackages and conditional dependencies: I would just remove lime-basic.
Seems that is being used quite nowhere, so it seems safe to remove without doing anything else. Am I wrong?
