Ubuntu 21.04 Nvidia Allow flipping fast forward halt emulation

Ubuntu 21.04 64 nvidia drivers 460.67 and the same issue happen in previous drivers versions.
Nvidia X Server Settings enabling Allow Flipping and using Retroarch in full screen if pressing fast forward the emulation is halted for several time at times more of 1 minute and that issue not happen if using windowed mode.
That issue happen in version 1.9.2 and previous versions.
Another detail if not enabling allow flipping not happen that issue, but ramdonly few times when starting or closing content the retroarch menus browsing is halted for several seconds.
I have tested with several options enabled and disabled in video and other options in retroarch.
