FEATURE REQUEST Download game thumbnails using similar name

Retroarch when downloading thumbnails box scan for games use nointro naming.
If user has files using TOSEC and not having nointro checksum to use to rom managers not will be possible download thumnails thus being very hard to manually download all files thumbnails and renaming each one.
An option to "Download Thumbnails relative to similar rom name" help.

If having "X1 USA.rom" and retroarch thumbnail database is "X1 date-USA.rom" not will download the thumbnail, but downloading similar name retroarch will search for thumbnails with similar name use in that rom file.
