Description

Version: 1.10.3
Platform: New 3ds
Fceumm core not working on new 3ds (ll) with some special N in 1 rom.
When loading the N in 1 rom , Retroarch hang a while and nothing happened.

Expected behavior

Run the N in 1 rom

Actual behavior

Nothing happened

Steps to reproduce the bug

1 Open retroarch
2 select load content, select N in1 rom file , set fceumm core to run

BTW: The rom size is about 16MB or others 32MB, all roms work on Android platfrom with Retroarch , same version.
