add an additional option to load a specific Save State:

Load Save State [3]

The last saved or loaded state (based on timestamp maybe?) could be the automatically preset in the menu, for "quick" loading.

This is not a huge deal, but would streamline the experience a little bit. No need to use keyboard shortcuts, or opening the menus with specific keymaps to find the menu entry to load states. It's probably even more helpful on some other platforms than PC. It would also show that you actually have a save state and don't forget to load that state.
