Android: [Feature request] Dedicated "Screen Orientation" setting the notification widget

Description

Setting -> Video -> Output -> Screen Orientation: 90 deg affects everything on the screen, including the notification widget. It would be useful with a dedicated screen orientation for the notification widget.

• Screen Orientation for Notifications in Setting -> Video -> Output -> Screen Orientation for Notifications
• Set Screen Orientation for Notifications: 90 by default
