Swiss tournament flexible player game start

For Swiss tournaments if it can have flexible game start this is for rounds that are more than 7 days. For example if round have 1 week interval the players game should allow to start the game within 1 week frame not automatic on given start date.

Can someone explain why #13088 is intended behavior that was closed as unplanned whereas #13052 is valid? They read like the same issue to me. Could Kraktus have just as well closed 13088 as a duplicate or am I missing something key here?

Hey @schlawg i think the bug one is closed because the original system is not a bug (I thought it was a bug) what I’m requesting is rather a feature. I think adding flexibility on game start can be another feature on top of previous automatic game start. Sorry team I thought my feature request was bug in Swiss but seems like it’s intended, but yea it’s clear now. Thanks for re-opening this
