Design Principles

1. If it's not accessible, nothing else matters.
2. You shouldn't have to run another process on your server.
   1. Static generation is the default mode of operation.
   2. The built-in server does nothing that other servers can't do.
3. The output should be browsable with a web browser or file explorer.
