Add EIP-6963 support

Changes:

1. Removed wallet adapters, which currently are not used by default: Taho, Zengo, Zerion, Blockchain.com.
   Phantom wallet is left for now.
2. Added mipd library for EIP-6963 support
3. Updated wallet adapters for wallets that support EIP-6963, which is now used for detection and provider selection. Affected wallets: MetaMask, Coin98, BitGet, OKX, Exodus, Coinbase, Trust, Brave.

EIP-6963 is not used yet to detect any wallet from a user's browser. In the current iteration, it works only for a list of wallets explicitly supported by reef-knot.
