直接问题通常可以显示一种掌控力
容易理解
动机明确
表示想听到同样直接的答案
对回答者施加压力
让内向者感到压抑

间接问题用于同回答者建立和谐关系（我很好奇。。）
允许其他人对答案进行设想
带来新想法或新的提问思路
让人们用更舒缓的方式控制讨论

开放式问题表明了一种无所拘束的态度
通常会被积极对待
促成既有深度又有广度的参与
涵盖很大的范围
能将一件事完整的说清楚
对控制和专注主题提出更高要求

而封闭式问题通常作为其他问题的补充提问
聚焦主题
不给离题一丝机会
防止模棱两可的回答

双重直接问题
可以让讨论内容保持连贯
并且可以让回答者根据提问者的提示进行回答
虽然这有可能会限制信息挖掘
是一种诸如
既定条件＋问题的方式

假设问题
突破讨论局限的好办法
用于激发创造性思维
鼓励新观点加入
唯一需要注意的是
不要按照假设的答案采取行动
