New blog index page and blog post layouts

Summary

• new blog index page with sections:
  • Team Top Selection - showing 3 latest blog posts with category top-pick set in the frontmatter
  • Latest - showing 3 latest blog posts
  • All Blog Posts - showing all blog posts sorted by date with new category filtering option (buttons for larger screens and select dropdown for smaller screens)
• new blog post layout:
  • share options added (copy to clipboard, share on twitter, facebook or linkedin)
  • reading time estimate added
  • width increased
  • main heading font size decreased
  • content font size increased
  • removed "return to the blog list" button (not sure why it was needed in the first place)
  • added description below the title (from the frontmatter description field; defaults to first 2 sentences of the blog post)
  • less prominent categories section + moved below the description
  • displays many authors if specified
  • shortened month + removed calendar icon
• other
  • home page template (and other) refactoring and cleanup
