Welcome to the LifeCycle project.
When you want to join LifeCycle please following the protocol below.
- Harmonise your data according to the harmonisation guide
- Uploaded the LifeCycle variables and harmonised data
- Setup a VM’s according this specification (https://galaxy.ansible.com/molgenis/armadillo)
- Configure an update scheme to update you Opal with security updates
- Setup firewall rules which only make the instance available for your own network
- Setup firewall rules to connect with the analysis server
- Add your server to the monitoring tool by sending an email to molgenis-support@umcg.nl
- Upload you harmonised data into Opal
- Contact LifeCycle (lifecycle@erasmusmc.nl) to get clearance for participation
- Follow the steps above
