Build the infrastructure on clayui.com to handle spaces

The goal of this issue is to develop is just to prepare clayui.com's infrastructure to support "spaces" the idea of spaces is to be able to support documentation sessions for React/CSS and Taglibs, where each one will have its own documentation and guidelines instead of trying to put everything together in the same documentation.

The idea is to separate the two documentations to allow you to build better content for the Taglibs documentation and not confuse terms or use cases with the component documentation in React.

Each "space" will have its own organization of documents, guides, list of APIs... consider re-reading the proposed new documentation in "Clay strategy and solid foundation" to see Figma.

If it is necessary to restructure our URLs to accommodate this, we must ensure to create redirects from our current URLs to the respective new URLs.
