This PR adds Java and Python API in addition to Scala API. README is update to include usage examples, added tests for Java and Python, mainly to test methods integration. This resulted in slight refactoring of
DataFrameIndexManagerandQueryContext. Java and Python tests are run as part of the CI, with Python tests being run only for Scala 2.11, since there is no official published Spark distribution for Scala 2.10.
