This site tracks performance of DNS servers around the world and has some neat graphs that don't load without api.perfops.net. No other perfops.net subdomains necessary.

Thanks for the report @XelNika - I've made the required changes leaving only rum.perfops.net - which tracks users on jsdelivr.com
