From time to time, I need to ignore broken versions on PyPI.
ignoredorexclude_regexis part of list options, hence the patch.In the new test, I use
include_regex, which should make the test more resilient to future changes.While I'm at it, I also cherry-picked a CI fix from the test-ci branch.
