[Profile/Create Identity] User can't create new identity

*Precondition: Only happens on IOS
*Reproduce Step:
1, User click to Manage account on left menu
2, User click [Create new identity] button
3, User input mandatory fields correctly
4, User click [Create] button

Actual: Create identity unsuccessfully
Expected: User can create identity
