Trashing the deprecated database use from the original Porter and substituting Illuminate's query builder.

Assistance welcome. Some challenging SQL to rewrite in here.

  • Replace database object in ExportModel
  • Replace query() use in Sources
    • AnswerHub
    • BbPress1
    • BbPress2
    • FuseTalk
    • IPB3
    • MVC
    • PHPbb3
    • vBulletin5
    • Vanilla1
    • Xenforo
  • Delete database folder
