WPML/Polylang support?

Mesh uses post meta fields, when the page/post is translated (e.g. using WPML or Polylang),
the Mesh specific fields aren't copied to the translated post,
hence all Mesh configuration has to be redone for each translated post.

It is possible to let WPML/Polylang copy these fields using a wpml-config.xml file in this Mesh plugin.
If these Mesh related field names are different, it is also possible to
use the pll_copy_post_metas filter instead. There is also a filter for WPML.

Possible are the options translate for copying the Mesh fields to
the translated post (only once) and leaving it editable or
copy for forcing the same value for the Mesh fields across all the translation posts.
Though forcing the same Mesh settings for all translations may not be always intended by the user.
