Bar of minimum values should be 1px instead of 0px

It would be great if the bar that represents the minimum value of a numeric column is at least 1 px wide instead of 0 px atm.

As you can see in this screenshot, the second column (23132/87) has a minimum value of 0.0 and the whole column appears to be just empty. The two columns on the right contain null values --> ok. But the 2nd row is hard to interpret. If I clear my selection it becomes more obvious. A 1 px bar would help here.

Create a flag per column that enforces a minimum bar width of 1 via CSS (after all data transformations)
Default is false to ensure consistency with old apps
