txt2srt-1.0

This release of 'txt2srt' includes a Windows .exe file (compiled by PyInstaller: http://www.pyinstaller.org/) and a cross-platform Python script as well as a configuration file.

This program is intended to convert files created by Toolbox (http://www-01.sil.org/computing/toolbox/) to subtitle files for use by video players and editors. The time-alignments read from the Toolbox files are assumed to have been created by Transcriber 1.5.1 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/trans/files/transcriber/1.5.1/) and converted using 'trs2txt' (https://github.com/themadafrican/trs2txt) or a similar program.

Configuration as per your normal setup, and some manual text editing may be necessary for your individual case. See the README.txt file for more details.
