Create example with GatsbyJS

The integration with GatsbyJS is completely undocumented. I've just tried to setup basic site and indeed it took me while to figure out all required steps.

First I want to finish v3.0.0 release so we can publish examle to GatsbyJS repository using latest version. Still, if anyone wants to start workin on this, fell free to add docs, code, anything.

• create an example in examples/gatsby and add tests (maybe create new package @lingui/gatsby with all required functions/components?)
• add the same example to Gatsby examples directory
• Add GatsbyJS tutorial
• Update/fork gatsby-starter-i18n-lingui
