This PR adds a check for
trip_update.trip.scheduled_relationship, if this property == 3 then the connection is canceled. The type of the connection is changed tolc:CanceledConnection. I also fixed theCanceledconnection type tolc:Canceled.The test data doesn't have any canceled connections or am I wrong?
