Slow boot, boot error or suspend with tlp

Hi there,
I'm using tlp plain vanilla since 12.04.
Lately I encountered slow boot on even boot crashes since the RC of Trusty.
Now I'm testing Utopic, and Some times use Trusty, problem stays there.
This morning I purged tlp.
Boot was immediate & quick.
HP ENVY M6 1164 SF
6Go RAM

Have to boot in nomodeset (since the begining of the slowdow by the way)

I have an ACPI probleme with & without tlp thus 👍

What can cause the slow or blocked boot with tlp ?

i always need the complete output of

sudo tlp-stat

Is the slow boot on ac or bat or both?

The ACPI warnings are irrelevant (i have some of them too).

I found out that my problem is NOT linked with tlp.
