This is a tongue-in-cheek list of things that we do not like paired with things that we do like. Some of it will likely make you cringe or raise your eyebrows. This is good; this means that you are coping with cognitive dissonance.

Harmful mindsets tend to revolve around certain things, and these harmful mindsets need to be ousted. The most effective way to combat harmful mindsets is to actively acknowledge their presence. Unfortunately, these mindsets tend to lurk in deep recesses of the mind, so they generally go unnoticed. By actively acknowledging the presence of a harmful mindset, you subconsciously begin to take steps to oust it.
