Integrate pru-rc firmware.

Modify MyRCAgent to require RC data to PRU1 at 10Hz
Define a MyPruAgent to send/receive all messages to/from a RPMsg channel. All received message are published on MyBus.
Instantiate a MyPruAgent for each RPMsg channel
