Wheel throttle binding fails unless override throttle option is checked. #12

AFBW Linux version 1.8.1.1 and KSP version 1.5.1.2335.

If the throttle override option is unchecked, the axis binding for powered wheels (forward/back) does not function at all. I've tried mapping to a full range (-1 to +1) axis and also a half range (trigger 0 to +1) with the same result.

Checking the throttle override allows the mapping to function, however it disables other mod controlled throttle inputs (such as mechjebs maneuver planner controls).

I've tested this on both a thrustmaster t.16000m joystick and a dualshock 4 controller with the same effect. All other axis and button controls work as expected.
