4.19.x is the new LTS kernel and has been out for a while. Switch
all examples and tests to using it instead of the 4.14.x kernel.

Do we know if torvalds/linux@7056d3a has been back ported to 4.19? See containerd/cgroups#74

kernels >= 4.17 do not work with the current stable version of hyperkit (v0.20180403)

there isn't really a stable version of hyperkit. I think @ijc tags hyperkit whenever docker desktop updates the version used. Maybe it's time for the Docker Desktop folks to update. /cc @djs55

I'm super behind on tagging the Hyperkit releases, let me do a pass on that now.

In the end that only led me to tag v0.20180621, which is not new enough for the fix in #239.
