Issue
Icons in Tomorrow.io are showing "Sunny" when conditions are clear during evening and overnight hours.
Icons in US Weather are showing a crescent moon for "Few Clouds", both day and night.

Steps to reproduce
Wrong icons occur on both of my Dell computers, one running Mint 19.3, and the other Mint 21.1.

Expected behaviour
Icons should correspond to the wording of conditions, and there should be no "Sunny" icons at night.

Since Dark Sky shut down, I have been trying other APIs. I had a problem with Weather Underground, #4628, which you fixed. I like Weather Underground, but they are stingy with their data, so I've been trying other data providers.
