Firefox bookmarks menu obscures it's tooltips when using cinnamon, I can't reproduce this issue when using gnomes-hell.

I'm having the same problem (using dual-monitor). Additionally, the tooltips of applications in the window list have a wrong (negative) horizontal offset.
